There is a verandah in front of the house and a very large one at the rear.
The garden has many sitting areas. There is an outside BBQ with bread/pizza oven, shed for the washing machine, covered parking area and a separate storage room.
The large olive grove contains more than 100 mature olive trees, which provide a good income. There are also some fruit trees and there is ample place for a vegetable garden.
Situated in the small community of ag Varvara, close to the lovely, friendly and quiet fishing village of Sissi, with it’s pretty natural harbour, sandy beaches and beautiful olive groves. Amenities open all the year round.
